The place, where the Smart Office’s building will be found, is the most popular business part of Budapest- in the 13th district on Papp Károly street- which runs in parallel to Váci street, connecting northern-Pest with the downtown. Road-system

Public transport

The office is easily accessible using the public transport. The subway stop of Árpád-gate is less than 150 metres from this , many bus( 20,26,32,106,120,133) stops are located here. Besides this , other buslines(4,4 fastline) also hit this area. The tram 1 goes on Róbert Károly boulevard, the tram 14 on Lehel street. The lines of the other side of the Árpád-gate connecting North-West Hungary’s towns with the capital, the direct lines to the Business Park of Dorog also start from there.

The region

Papp Károly street is a calm, moody ,wide street surrounded by high trees. In its direct ambience there are some 3-4 floored, modern and traditional establishments, on the opposite side the street the Central Military Hospital’s new-built annex stands . Slightly away from the street,towards the Károly Róbert boulevard , officebuildings and dwelling-houses can be found, while toward the Teve and Gömb street new houseblocks were built.
